McMillen Properties owns and manages a small portfolio of residential rental homes in California. We're not a large management company — every property is overseen directly by us, and decisions are made with the long view in mind.

We believe rental housing works best when both sides treat the arrangement seriously. We invest in our properties so they're genuinely good places to live, and we look for residents who'll treat them the same way. The result, over many years, has been long tenancies, good relationships, and very few problems.
